Computer Repairs, Help, and Building

At QD-Ware we love to help with computing and repair computers, and even build & sell them. If you want us to do any of these we will gladly do it. Help is free, while repairs & builds are not.

For help you can either message a staff member using e-mail or instant messaging or you can use Windows Remote Assistance, included in Microsoft Windows XP. However, if your computer does not support Windows XP or you don't use it (if you use Microsoft Windows 2000/Millennium Edition or older) you must use e-mail or instant messaging. Any staff member's contact information is available on their Staff Directory page.

For repairs, you must send your computer to QD-Ware. Please note that we only build and repair x86 PCs. If you know the problem and don't know how to repair it, include a note with it. Once we figure how much this will cost, we will contact you stating how much you need to pay us, and if you don't pay us, your computer will not be repaired and we will send it back. Repairs and builds are not free.

For builds, you need to print out a form (hosted on ftp root>/docs/), fill it out and then send it to QD-Ware via mail. You can also fill it out in Microsoft Word and e-mail it to a staff member.
