QD-Ware Rescue Diskette

This is a standard DOS boot floppy with some LFN (Long Filename) support, and full CD-ROM & NTFS support. Normally you can't access NTFS-formatted drives from any operating system other than Microsoft Windows NT, but the Rescue Diskette supports it. Some versions of DOS support CD-ROM, and so does the Rescue Diskette.
