You can get us at QD-Ware to repair PCs for you. We're a group of nerds and if you need your computer repaired, just ask us. We'll do this for you. You've just got to ship your machine  over to us and send a note with the computer telling us what's wrong (if you know). However, if you just need help with a software issue, you don't need to send your computer over - just ask for help. We'll tell you what to do, and if you are using Microsoft Windows, we can use Windows Remote Assistance to view your screen & take control over your computer if we need to (you need to give us permission to do so when the dialog pops up asking if we can do so).

We charge $5 to 50 dollars per repair depending on how much we had to do. If we have to buy a specific part for your computer just so we could fix it, we will charge that, too. This is not free; you will need to pay for the repair. If your computer is not an IBM-compatible (x86) computer, then we won't repair it. We also only repair computers. Not monitors or peripherals, not even devices to use with the PC. Don't worry, your files are safe and we won't view them. We will keep your hard drive away from the PC while we repair it to prevent the possibility of damage. If any staff member damaged your hard drive or the files on it, we'd fire them as soon as we found out, so you can trust QD-Ware with your computer. If we assist you online with Windows Remote Assistance, please note that the online help service is free. You don't need to pay us for that.

Before you send in the PC, first ask us online how much it's gonna cost. Then send in a check alongside the PC with that amount of money. If you do not do this, then we're not fixing your computer & we'll just send it back.
